Our focus in starting TitleTown Plumbing was people. We want to be a company that is dedicated to quality relationships and personable service providers. We’re done with customers being lost in the size of a company. We always want our customers to know that they are valued and that we care about them and their families. We want to know our customers and be know by them.
TitleTown provides outstanding and exceptional plumbing services outside of the industry standard. We prefer to staff licensed journeymen who have proven experience in the field. Our plumbers have the knowledge and experience to be lead plumbers. These plumbers aren’t still learning the trade; they’re experts and they love it! They’re polite, customer-oriented, and responsible plumbers that you can count on.
Meet TitleTown’s Founder
Rocky Arledge
I have been married to my wonderful wife for over 13 years and we have been blessed with six children. I have been working in Gainesville since 2001 and we love it here! After graduating from Interlachen High School in 1998, I attended St. Johns College and completed the plumbing apprenticeship program at Santa Fe College.
Prior to starting TitleTown Plumbing I worked in every area of the plumbing industry for 11 years which included wholesale material supply, commercial and residential new construction/remodels/service repair, and management. In June of 2009 it was time to venture out as a business owner and give my ideas, beliefs, and standards a chance to succeed. My goal is to create an environment that provides customer service that exceeds customer expectations, gives customers the best value, and creates a positive employee culture. I want to be the best, not the largest.
I thank God for salvation through Jesus Christ, for what I have, and for the opportunity to be a business owner. My daily goals are to serve God first, my family second, others third, and then my business.
